Terms of Service

Registration in Kreviq constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any point, you must immediately cease using the Service. The user acknowledges that these terms take precedence over any other agreements.

Kreviq is provided on an 'as is' basis. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of financial calculations, tax deductions, or inventory. The user bears sole responsibility for any decisions made based on data from the system.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kreviq harmless from any claims by your customers (vehicle owners), government agencies, or personnel. In the event of a claim against the Company arising from your fault, you agree to fully reimburse all legal costs.

The Company is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount of your subscription for the last 3 months of use.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through individual arbitration at the place of registration of the copyright holder. The user formally waives the right to participate in class actions against Kreviq Systems.
