Privacy Protocol

The system collects only technically necessary data for service station operations: email, license plates, VIN, and customer contact details. We do not collect data unrelated to your business operational activities.

The use of Row Level Security (RLS) in Supabase ensures that your station's data is completely isolated. Neither employees of other stations nor third parties have access to your internal records.

The user bears full responsibility for managing the access levels of their employees (Manager/Mechanic). Any actions performed under your credentials are considered actions of your organization.

Your data is never transferred or sold to advertising networks or analytical corporations. Information is used exclusively for sending notifications to your customers via your selected gateways.

Kreviq acts as a 'Data Processor,' providing the technical environment. The responsibility for obtaining consent from end customers (vehicle owners) for the processing of their data rests with the User.
